The baseline call

Your clinic’s follow-up numbers, written down in thirty minutes.

On this call we add up three things: the enquiries your front desk follows up, the booked patients who do not show, and the past patients nobody has called in a year. You keep the sheet whether or not we ever work together.

Free. For owners and practice managers of US med spas and dental clinics.

The thirty minutes

Three things, in this order

01

What your front desk does today

How an enquiry is handled at 9pm, how reminders and confirmations go out, who calls a patient who cancels, and when anyone last worked your list of past patients.

02

Where it costs you appointments

Your numbers set against your own average visit value. We label every estimate as one, and the benchmarks behind it are public.

03

What I would fix first

One thing, with the reason. If Soltrack does it, I say so. If Soltrack does not, I say that too.

Afterwards

One page, yours to keep

Within one working day I send you a one-page sheet: your monthly enquiries and how many get a follow-up, your no-show rate, how many patients are overdue, and what each gap is worth a month at your average visit.

Show it to your front desk, your manager or your partner. It makes sense without me in the room.

Who you talk to

You talk to me, not a sales rep. Before Soltrack I built an operations agent a venture-fund CEO runs his day through over Slack, the onboarding automations for a med spa software company, and recall work for dental clinics in Moscow.

FAQ

Before you book

It is a working session. At the end I tell you what I would fix first. If Soltrack does that, I say so and you decide. If it does not, you still keep the sheet.
Nothing.
No. If you have last month’s numbers, bring them. If you do not, we estimate together, and a number you do not know is worth knowing.
No. I use what you tell me and what is on your public website. Access to anything comes later, if we work together, under a written agreement.
Owners and practice managers of US med spas and dental practices. If that is not you, the call will waste your thirty minutes.

Dollar figures on the call are estimates from your answers and published benchmarks. They are not results Soltrack has produced.
